Neuro Divergent Game Changers

make your world work better for you. no ND person is exactly the same, but here are some ways I've found to keep my space functional, low stress, and manageable, without sacrificing aesthetics, or my entire paycheck

A smart, phone-operated robot vaccum that learns your space, and can be scheduled to run at regular intervals. Best of all, it's got a self-emptying feature, so you only need to empty the actual waste about once every 2 weeks (and that's with a giant, fluffy dog)!

It might look basic but having trash and recycling in the same spot is so handy. And the bins aren't so huge that you can avoid emptying it to the point that it's way too gross to deal with. Subtle, but deeply effective.

Another subtle hack: keeping condiments or other items on a lazy suzan - take advantage of deep cabinets or even limited storage, without letting stacking or tetris-ing hide the things you need. An easy fix to "out of sight, out of mind"

Tiny closet? Always forgetting what you have, or too overwhelmed to find that one thing? These low-profile, stackable hanger hooks are the move. They're strong, and help you take advantage of vertical space - and you can stack lighter items as far as you need, and heavier items about 3 at a time. I prefer to use them with velvet or these stainless steel hangers (I've found plastic to be way too flimsy).

Same closet organization, but make it pants. And if you're limited on vertical space or need to hang your pants folded, I'd definitley suggest these

Auto-lighting could be an entire section to itself. These are magnetic (they also come with an adhesive magnetic backing in case your surface isn't already metal) and are rechargable, motion activated, and SO HELPFUL. Cabinets, hallways, bathrooms, garages, glove compartments, pantries, under-cabinet lighting, closets, the list really goes on and on. They're so handy to have, and provide the perfect amound of ambient light.

AND THEY HAVE BIGGER VERSIONS TOO. I have these in my closet and I never even have to use the light switch. Which means I never forget to turn out the light

If you'd prefer to also have a plugged-in auto light, these are PERFECT. I've got them in bathrooms, hallways, and the kitchen. So even if my other auto-lights need charging, I've got enough visibility to do whatever I need to do in the space without using the "big light." They're dimmable, and can act as a regular on/off light sensing night light, too

Same deal but make it a smart rope light that's auto-sensing, or just on or off. You can adjust the brightness, and TURN IT OFF REMOTELY WITH AN APP?! Yes please.

10/10. No notes. She's perfect. I use my amazon devices to set timers and reminders all over the house, and this simple clock has a LIGHT UP VISUAL TIMER so I can know how much time I've got left with a single glance. You'll need an Amazon Echo device, but it's a million percent worth it.

A smart heater that you can control with your phone, and schedule to turn on and off, so you're never wondering if you left the heat on

A subtle way to fidget so you can stop leg bouncing, and leave your manicure alone
